In any commercial transaction with Kirkit Voyage, our client confirms to have agreed on all terms and conditions below:
Kirkit Voyage is an "A" group Turkish travel agency (Kirkit Turizm, Ticaret, Sanayi Limited Sirketi) that provides travel to and in Turkey. All services and products are supplied by Kirkit and various third party suppliers like hotels, tours agencies, rent a car agencies, tour guides, and other travel related services.
The responsibility of Kirkit Voyage is strictly limited. As an agency, Kirkit Voyage works with various suppliers (transport, hotels, rent a car.) to execute the programs offered. Although all possible care is taken, the suppliers providing travel services for Kirkit Voyage are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Kirkit Voyage or any subsidiary company. For all other purposes, Kirkit Voyage does not act as an agent for any party whatsoever. Kirkit Voyage is not responsible for the wilful or negligent acts and / or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and / or carriers. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither Kirkit Voyage nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those travelling with you.
For air and surface transport, Kirkit cannot be held responsible for any delays, changes of itinerary, changes of airports or any other exterior events such as strikes, technical incidents, bad weather, overbooking or for incidents or accidents that may occur during transport. Eventual expenses due to such occurrences are at the client's charge.
It is your responsibility to verify that all your travel documents (for ALL travellers, babies included) are in compliance with customs regulations. For up to date information, contact the Turkish consulate of your country. If a client has a missed a flight for such a reason ( passport, visa, ticket.), no reimbursement will be made, nor for any other expenses connect to such documents. It is the clients responsibility to reconfirm all flights at all times.
Any service during a trip that has been shortened by the client for any reason will not be reimbursed. Any changes in the program may lead to extra expenses for which the client will be responsible.
Kirkit voyage is not responsible for any theft, loss or deterioration of personal property of the client.
A deposit of about 25% will be required at time of booking. Depending on circumstances, full payment will be requested before departure or upon arrival in Istanbul. Any price variations that may occur due to fluctuations in rates of exchange between the time of commanded and the scheduled departure date will be applied.
Cancellation: Should the customer or any one or more of the persons for whom he has booked the tour wish to cancel the tour, whatever the reason for such cancellations, penalties may be applied depending on the services requested and the delay left till departure date. Should Kirkit Voyage cancel, any deposit paid by the client will be refunded.
The client agrees to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed, to payment of services, duties, taxes and related charges when due and compliance with all rules and to allow Kirkit Voyage to charge the credit card on file for a purchase that was not included in the agreement between the client and Kirkit Voyage.
Additional terms and conditions may occur and the client agrees to abide by such other terms and conditions. Kirkit Voyage may at any time modify these terms.
Kirkit Voyage provides no insurance for its clients. Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for health while travelling and / or baggage loss.
Kirkit Voyage assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the site.
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site.
